FastScripts Update Log: Performance First

At FastScripts, I care about the boring metrics that players feel immediately: hitch warnings, load times, and config footguns.

Current priorities:

• reduce unnecessary entity churn
• tighten defaults so new installs "just work"
• keep changelogs honest and short

A fast script that breaks configs is not fast. It is unfinished.
